At PFOCN, we believe our strength is measured not only by our business achievements but also by the positive impact we create in the community. This holiday season, we are honored to reflect on a meaningful milestone: the third consecutive year of our collaborative Outreach Program with the Singapore Philippines Association Inc. (SPA) at the Lourdes Handicapped Center.

This enduring partnership, championed by SPA’s dedicated leaders and brought to life by the generous spirit of PFOCN employees and partners, embodies the core values we hold dear: compassion, community, and shared humanity. This year’s efforts were further strengthened by the hands-on participation of our CEO, Ms. Alice Xie, who joined our volunteer team—demonstrating leadership in action and PFOCN’s deep, company-wide commitment to giving back.

Together, we have transformed the holiday season into a time of genuine connection, delivering tangible support and warmth to those in need.

We extend our deepest gratitude to SPA for their unwavering collaboration and to every PFOCN team member and sponsor whose contributions—whether through volunteerism, resources, or heartfelt effort—made this initiative possible. As we look ahead, PFOCN remains dedicated to building a legacy of meaningful action—where partnership extends beyond business, and success is measured by the positive change we create together.

In line with our mission to support young local artists and strengthen the partnership between De La Salle University and PFOCN, we launched the PFOCN Culture Wall Art and Design Competition in collaboration with DLS-College of Saint Benilde (CSB).

Inspired by a professional advice session with renowned Singaporean artists in November 2024, the competition officially launched in February 2025. It featured two categories—Hangable Artworks and Sculptures—and provided participants with materials to bring their visions to life. We received an enthusiastic response, with around 40 entries submitted. The shortlisted works were exhibited on campus for two weeks.

We are proud to celebrate the successful conclusion of our recent awards event held last February 19 in partnership with De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde (DLS-CSB) .

This collaboration brought together academic excellence and industry passion, highlighting the incredible talent thriving within the Benilde community. We extend our sincere gratitude to DLS-CSB for their partnership and shared commitment to nurturing young creatives.

We also thank the distinguished members of the panel whose expertise guided the selection process.

Recognizing Excellence
The event showcased the work of over 70 student participants who collectively presented 38 original artworks. The panel was deeply impressed by the level of creativity, technical skill, and conceptual depth on display.

We look forward to creating more opportunities in the future, including internships, industry exposure programs, and collaborative projects that bridge academic training and professional practice.
